The Judicial Council of California (JCC) is seeking proposals for managed services service desk support to address their evolving IT needs. This Request for Proposal (RFP), titled “Managed Services Service Desk Support” and numbered RFP-IT23-153RB, aims to establish an agreement for an initial three-year term, with the possibility of three additional one-year option terms, totaling a potential maximum term of six years.

The JCC, chaired by the Chief Justice of California, is responsible for improving the administration of justice by surveying judicial business, recommending improvements to the courts, and making annual recommendations to the governor and legislature. The JCC Information Technology Office (JCC IT) coordinates court technology initiatives statewide, manages centralized projects, and optimizes the scope and accessibility of accurate statewide judicial information.

Scope of Work

The goal of this RFP is to identify vendors capable of providing managed services service desk support that aligns with the JCC’s needs. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver IT operational managed services support throughout the agreed-upon term.

Proposal Submission

Interested vendors should submit their proposals no later than 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time on 1/29/2024. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to [email protected] and must be received by 1:00 P.M. PST, January 17, 2024.
