The IT Support Analyst will be part of a small technical team who services 350+ corporate employees and 150+ remote employees.

A Day in the Life of an IT Support Analyst:

  • First responder to telephone calls, e-mail, and personnel requests for technical support
  • Provides users with support on hardware and software with advanced troubleshooting of problems
  • Desktop/Laptop deployment
  • Installation and updates of software applications
  • Removal of spyware and viruses
  • Active Directory user management
  • Internal IT training for users as needed
  • Additional projects and tasks as assigned

You Will Need to Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred or applicable industry experience
  • 3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A basic understanding of VPNs and remote user access to troubleshoot user connectivity issues
  • A strong working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office products, and Terminal Services
  • A basic understanding of Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within an IT support environment
  • Must have proficient technical skills in Windows 10, Dell laptops and desktops, HP laptops and desktops, Cisco VPN Client, and Remote Desktop. Experience with current versions of Windows Server operating systems
  • Individual must be able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment. This role may require participation in an on-call rotation. To meet business needs, some evenings or weekends may be required
